Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between ZenoxAds (the Seller) and the user purchasing services through the platform (the Buyer).

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, concerning the sale and delivery of the service whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically through the Seller's ZenoxAds platform.

3. Service Qualifications and Payment

The type, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the purchased service consist of the information available at the time the order is finalised. The Buyer is deemed to have confirmed this information upon completing the payment transaction.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. As ZenoxAds is a digital service platform, the right of withdrawal is restricted upon activation of the service.

5. Resolution of Disputes

For the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller are competent up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

This agreement enters into force on the date it is confirmed electronically by the Buyer.
