Return and Cancellation Policy
In the context of digital content and services performed instantly, the right of withdrawal may be restricted once the service has begun to be used. However, at ZenoxAds, we value customer satisfaction.
- For monthly subscriptions, you may request cancellation before the next billing period.
- If you are unable to use the service due to a technical fault, a refund process will be initiated following an investigation.
- Refund requests for unused packages are evaluated within 14 days of the purchase date.
